电渣型模具钢WSMP20R、 WSM718R系列,采用精炼、VD真空及电渣重熔处理，钢板极高的纯净度，组织致密，适用于制造易抛光至镜面效果，抗腐蚀性及抛光性要求极高的模具，属高级优质模具钢板。适用于制造大中型长寿命热塑性塑胶注塑模具、挤压模具、吹塑模具及地熔点合金（如铅、锌、铝合金）压铸模，如家用电器、电脑外壳及冰箱外壳等光洁度要求较高的塑料模具。对于H质量等级的模具钢板，由于高硬度，可用于塑胶模具中之滑动块、成型工具、压缩-制动模（弯板机模）及零件等。钢板硬化交货无需热处理，可直接进行模具加工，缩短模具制造周期，采用精真空脱气、电渣重熔处理，确保钢质纯净。钢板硫磷含量控制低，钢板切割，组织致密均匀，硬度分布均匀，镜面抛光性能出色，由于WSM718R钢中增加1.0%左右的镍，因此钢板有极佳的淬透性，钢板切割，具有良好的抛光性能、光蚀刻、电火花蚀刻、耐磨性及机械加工等特性。H型钢板硬度较高，因此抛光性能极佳。WSMP20R、 WSM718R
